At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the Academic Level 11 and above or with 8 years of service in the Academic Level 12 and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration.  OR Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other Institutions of higher education. OR 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent ost.
2.	Finance Officer		Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed. At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the Academic Level 11 and above or with 8 years of service in the Academic Level 12 and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration. OR Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other Institutions of higher education. OR 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.
3.	Controller           of Examinations		Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed. At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in the Academic Level 11 and above or with 8 years of service in the Academic Level 12 and above including as Associate Professor along with experience in educational administration.  OR Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other Institutions of higher education.  OR 15 years of administrative experience, of which 8 years shall be as Deputy Registrar or an equivalent post.
4.	Assistant Registrar	Master’s Degree with at least 55% of the marks or an equivalent grade in a point scale wherever grading system is followed. Experience: Five years of supervisory experience. The experience should be in establishment/legal matters in a Government/ Semi Government/ Public Sector/ Autonomous organizations/ University/ Educational Institutions of Higher Learning and having a good working Knowledge of general administration and rules and regulations relating to University.

नोट: चार साल की अवधि के लिए रजिस्ट्रार, परीक्षा नियंत्रक और वित्त अधिकारी की नियुक्ति के लिए सीधी भर्ती का उपयोग किया जाएगा। सिंडिकेट द्वारा इस अवधि को केवल अतिरिक्त चार वर्षों के लिए बढ़ाया जा सकता है।

रजिस्ट्रार, वित्त अधिकारी, परीक्षक और सहायक रजिस्ट्रार के लिए सेवानिवृत्ति की आयु 60 वर्ष ही रहेगी।हस्ताक्षर करने का प्राधिकारी और अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र:पंजीकरण के समय प्रत्येक अनुभव प्रमाण पत्र की एक प्रति ऑनलाइन अपलोड करनी होगी।

उम्मीदवारों के अनुभव को केवल ऑनलाइन आवेदन जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि तक ही ध्यान में रखा जाएगा।कॉलेज, संस्थान के प्रिंसिपल/निदेशक या प्रमुख को उन उम्मीदवारों के अनुभव प्रमाणपत्रों पर हस्ताक्षर करना चाहिए, जिन्होंने अल्पसंख्यक कॉलेजों या मान्यता प्राप्त अनुसंधान संस्थानों सहित सरकारी-संबद्ध कॉलेजों में काम किया है या अब कार्यरत हैं।

Selection Phases

स्टेज- I: ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण प्रक्रिया के बाद एक प्रारंभिक मेरिट सूची बनाई जाएगी और उम्मीदवारों की प्रतिक्रिया या आपत्तियों, यदि कोई हो, के लिए संबंधित वेबसाइट पर पोस्ट की जाएगी। फिर इस सूची की समीक्षा की जाएगी और योग्य उम्मीदवारों की एक अनंतिम सूची बनाई जाएगी।

प्रकाशित की जाने वाली अनंतिम सूची से, ऑनलाइन पंजीकरण के दौरान अपलोड की गई जानकारी और प्रमाणपत्रों के आधार पर उम्मीदवारों को शॉर्टलिस्ट किया जाएगा। इसके बाद रैंक-कम-आरक्षण रोस्टर तैयार किया जाएगा. उम्मीदवारों द्वारा ऑनलाइन उपलब्ध कराई गई जानकारी और जमा किए गए दस्तावेजों के आधार पर अनंतिम सूची तैयार की जाएगी।

चरण-II: प्रमाणपत्र सत्यापन और साक्षात्कार:

साक्षात्कार झारखंड लोक सेवा आयोग द्वारा गठित साक्षात्कार बोर्ड द्वारा आयोजित किया जाएगा। साक्षात्कार के लिए दस्तावेज़ सत्यापन के समय, आरक्षण, योग्यता, अनुभव आदि के समर्थन में सभी मूल प्रमाणपत्रों का सत्यापन किया जाएगा और प्रमाणपत्रों और आवेदन पत्र में दी गई जानकारी के बीच किसी भी विसंगति के मामले में, संबंधित आवेदक की उम्मीदवारी रद्द कर दी जाएगी। रद्द कर दिया जाएगा और साक्षात्कार के लिए अनुपात बनाए रखने के लिए अगले उम्मीदवार की उम्मीदवारी पर विचार किया जाएगा।
